SPAR Promotion

FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS (of which instructions form part):

1. Open to persons aged 18 years and over, except employees and their families of Tayto Group Ltd, their agencies, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

2. Promotion available on limited edition 70th Anniversary 20-pack boxes of Tayto crisps only (Cheese & Onion and Assorted).

3. 5 Winning Cards will be randomly inserted, under independent supervision, into 70th Anniversary 20-pack boxes of Tayto crisps, which will be distributed in SPAR, EUROSPAR, VIVO and VIVO EXTRA retail outlets across Northern Ireland from 01/02/26-28/02/26. Promotional packs may sell through before 28/02/26 and the promotion ends once all 5 prizes have been claimed.

4. If you find a coded birthday card inside your 70th Anniversary 20-pack box of Tayto, you have won a prize. There is a total of 5 prizes to be won consisting of the winner’s choice of short break at a Hastings Hotel from the following options:

• Ballygally: Enjoy a luxurious two-night break in the Antrim Suite, which offers views over the Irish Sea. Includes a full Irish breakfast each morning and a 3-course dinner on one evening in the Garden Restaurant. And take home a limited edition Ballygally Castle signature candle celebrating over 400 years of the castle on the coast. (Valid any day, subject to availability)

• Culloden: – Spa Escape: Enjoy an overnight break for two in a Lough View Deluxe Room, with freshly cooked breakfast in the morning. Enjoy a 50-minute spa treatment each in the award-winning spa, with full access to the leisure and spa facilities. In the evening visit the two AA Rosette restaurant Vespers for a two-course dinner with a glass of wine each.(Valid any day, subject to availability)

• Stormont Hotel: Enjoy a two-night stay in a Junior Suite, with a full Irish breakfast on both mornings.Includes a two-course dinner + glass of wine each on one evening in La Scala Bistro. (Valid any day, subject to availability)

5. If you find a winning prize card inside a 20-pack box of Tayto crisps, you can claim your prize by following these steps:
Send an email to info@tayto.com, clearly stating your unique prize claim code and providing your full name and address. This email address is monitored Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. You will receive a response before midday on the next working day after your email is received.

6. All prize claims must be made by 31/03/2026 and all prize winners must retain their prize card for validation. Tayto Group Ltd reserve the right not to honour any prize claim that cannot be verified with the original prize-winning card.

7. The promoter reserves the right to reject any prize claims where the prize card is deemed to be falsified, duplicated, altered or defaced in any way.

8. Each prize claim code can be redeemed once only. Please do not reveal your prize claim code to anyone else until your claim has been validated by the promoter. Where there are multiple claim attempts using the same code, the promoter reserves the right to invalidate the code and reject all claims using this code.

9. No one person can win more than one prize in this promotion.

10. Once your prize has been validated, you will be asked to confirm your choice of short break from the six options available, as detailed in Point 4.

11. The prize will be issued in the form of a Hastings Hotels Gift Experience Voucher outlining the experience and hotel and with the following terms and conditions:
a) Vouchers have a strict 1-year validity from the date of issue.
b) Reservations are made in the usual manner at the hotel named on the voucher. Gift experience vouchers are non-transferrable between hotels.
c) Voucher must be presented on arrival at the hotel at the time of the gift experience, otherwise an alternative method of payment will be requested.
d) Gift Experience vouchers may not be exchanged for cash, nor will any change be given.
e) Gift Experience vouchers can be exchanged for experiences of a higher price than the face value, on payment of the difference.
f) Vouchers are non-refundable and are only valid until the expiry date noted.
g) Lost and expired vouchers unfortunately cannot be redeemed.

12. Your personal details will be used solely for the purposes of administering this promotion and will be destroyed afterwards. Please note that in processing winning claims, the promoter may disclose your details to affiliates or third parties involved in the fulfillment process including Hastings Hotels. 13. The Promoter reserves the right to vary, alter or terminate this promotion due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control only where circumstances make this unavoidable. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.

14. All prizes to be taken as stated. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available, in whole or in part, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the promoter, the promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for an alternative of equal or greater value.

15. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter cannot accept responsibility for loss, injury or damage arising from winners taking a prize or attending a venue, which they do at their own risk.

16. The names and counties of winners will be available for 3 months after the closing date upon request by emailing info@tayto.com, with “Tayto Birthday Hastings Hotels Winners” in the subject line.

17. Each prize winner may be asked to take part in reasonable photographic and other publicity in connection with this promotion with no further recompense and the winners’ names may be published on the social media pages of Tayto, SPAR, EUROSPAR, VIVO and VIVO EXTRA.

18. The decision of the Promoter is final and binding and no correspondence shall be entered into.
